Drone Shield 2026 – Technology in Action.
With our UGV REX III, FTS successfully participated in the UGV Industry Days as part of the Experimental Exercise Drone Shield 2026 in the Czech Republic.
From September 22–24, the UGV Industry Days brought together industry, academia and armed forces to explore the latest developments and operational applications of Unmanned Ground Systems. Organized by the Czech Armed Forces, the event provided a strong platform for international exchange, bringing together a wide range of companies and UGV solutions as well as participants from the Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Poland and Ukraine.
The Unmanned Systems Team of FTS delivered a successful performance across the disciplines Mobility and Autonomy in the challenging obstacle course of NATEP UGV.
Beyond testing, Drone Shield 2026 provided an important platform to discuss the introduction and operational integration of UGVs within the Czech Armed Forces and other NATO allies.
