Multi Spectral Strobe
A multispectral strobe detectable by a variety of IR and thermal imaging devices (3-5µm & 8-12µm). Attaches to tactical helmets using a dedicated fastening strap.
The HOTARU enables maneuvering forces to signal their location to supporting forces, by using advanced thermal imaging devices, thus discarding the need for radio communication or visual signaling.
HOTARU allows up to 8 hours of continuous operation.
Applications: Aerial, Land and Maritime platforms.
